Timeless Treasures

aren't these 3 little girls precious!!I got this image from peggy at My Coloring Book...did just a little digital magic to it and ended up with this.....the little girls were so sweet by themselves that I didn't want to add to much to them....

there is truly something timeless about family,relationships,loved ones far and near.....they are treasures to carry with us always.....and when we can combine this with our creative soul then there is no greater pleasure to be found....sometimes we "borrow" anothers family to create and enjoy.....then for a time they can become our family too....hmmm.....maybe some day someone will think our family pics are something to share and enjoy too....wouldn't that be great if someday in the far off future, all of us bloggers ended up on a big collage that someone created to enjoy.....lol....now that is a thought!!

Well enough thinking on my part, makes my brain hurt!!...

Its Off To School We Go

my project this week for digital tuesdaythis is another neat image I used from cora's at Digital Tuesday ,late getting mine done this week but still wanted to post it....we are getting some things together for school and are jazzing up some cheap folders.....this image was perfect for that....resized it,used green colored pencil to shade in the background....glued that to the folder,added some lace, and some glitter and double heart charm for bling....love how it came out...

Cute Advertising Tin

dont you just love the graphics in this....its a cute advertising tin I picked up at a yard sale this past weekend....its not old,just a reproduction but I still love it....it will join the other two I have hanging in my bathroom.... if you like it and want to use it in one of your projects just click on it to enlarge it and then save it to your puter.....would love to see what someone came up with on this.....

and I love this cute little birdcage I picked up at the same sale....thinking fairy cage for this....



and this is the 2 decorated bottles Krissa had in the county fair.....she did a great job on them.....easy to do....just mod podged the pics on there, added some glitter and a ribbon....this was one of the last minute projects she did......they found a new home in my china cabinet.....

I had more pics of yard sale finds but they were blurry so I'll have to take more pics,hopefully they will come out better, if so I'll try to post them in the next post....
