Bubbles and More

so I've been playing with digital art again....I got this wonderful image from an older post at cora's ....she has wonderful vintage images to use on your projects....this was such a darling little girl....I framed her out....put a border around it.....the bubbles and swirly thingies just seemed to set her off...

Yard Sales,County Fair and Ribbons

Wall of Ribbons 2009and she still 3 or 4 to add to her wall,somehow she missed them when she was putting these up...oh well

so its been a busy week here....county fair is in town,that means pet shows,chicken shows and 4-h shows...so its been loading,unloading,loading,unloading....all to haul stuff back and forth to the fairgrounds...Krissa has entered the pet show with her dog and kitten,we hauled some of her chickens to the show and several of her crafts.....she got several ribbons and a couple of her things won grand champion(see the green ribbons in the pic)....so she gets to take them to the state fair!!...Way to go Krissa!!

she put a cute little red and white doll dress on one of her chickens....no harm done to the chicken,just a lot of fun for the kids...

and we made a couple of last minute crafts to enter,this is a decorated bottle I made,Krissa made a couple too but I haven't got pics of them yet...I'll have to post them later....

and a couple of handmade cards,mine got a red ribbon,Krissa's got a blue

so Krissa has about 19 bucks in her pocket and its burning a hole!!! lol, if you have kids you know what I mean.....so what are we to do?? hit the yard sales!!

and some globes and paperweights to add to her collection...

she got more and I got a few things too but haven't took pics yet...have to post them later....
