"What???? Time for the school bus already???""But I've only been up for an hour and 15 minutes!!! "

Mornings are so hectic at my house, who knew an 11 year old would need so much time to get ready...eating is first thing on the list,whether its scrambled eggs,graham crackers and milk,or a cake and juice or chocolate milk....then getting those clothes on,and ususally changing her mind a couple of times....brushing teeth and hair....deciding to rearrange her backpack at the last minute....hmmm,thinking the other purse will be better today so now doing a fast purse change...and who wants to wear that jacket today?? got to grab another one!!

Now understand the purse and backpack are fixed the night before...the clothes are chosen right down to the socks and shoes....but does that matter?? Nope, cause in the mornings things always seem different.

Now lets play the "ask the hundred questions before school" contest, and get mad if I don't know the right answer....and the "why are you rushing me?" game....and of course its my fault that school bus came before she decided she was ready... now where are those car keys so we can hopefully get to school before the tardy bell rings.

Of course we all know that is a part of parenting....we all have mornings like that. And with all the interesting things to do, school work just doesn't seem to be one of the highlights of a little girls life. So I made this bumper sticker for my car, printed it out on some adhesive paper, and it just seems to go perfect with those mornings I'm pulling in the school parking lot. Have you ever thought of what a blog would have looked like 100 years ago?Well, this is how I would imagine it...the lady would be constantly praising her husband and all his virtues....she would be avidly preparing his 3 hot meals a day....raising his children and thrilled when she found out another was on the way....she would talk of the best way to hand wash the clothes down at the stream and sharing her recipe for lye soap....even brag about how many eggs the hen lay or how much milk she managed to get from that old milkcow today....

but secretly she has dreams...of enlightment and freedom to express herself...of exerting some small form of independence for herself....

and so she begins to blog....she has to word things carefully so as not to upset her husband, and while the males of the land may not understand what she is saying, women like her are reading her blog and know and understand what is written between the lines....

ahh, how times have changed !!!

Witchy Wonder

my angelic witch....she has always been a princess at halloween until this year...she wanted to do something different and debated between being a cowgirl or a witch....I think she made an adorable witch.....this pic was after the trick or treating, after she loaded up her belly on candy and soda and juice....when it was way past her bedtime but she didn't want to give in to the sleepy bugs in her eyes and was about to fall asleep in the chair!! yep, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about....and when she finally falls asleep I go digging in that candy bag and munch out too!! yep, I'm way behind on things but still wanted to share this card I made for halloween....

I've done a couple of collages to remind myself of some of the good things in life....

when music fills the air and life is wonderful...this time of our life when all we see is the magic and promise of love....when all we need is to look in the eyes of our loved one to feel the bond and comfort that only a shared love can bring....

ahhh, the first bloom of love....and the honeymoon stage of marriage when we still have the stars in our eyes and when we know our lives are perfect.....

I have been in such a funky mood lately...I suffer from SAD and the winter months are bad for me....I try to get as much sun as I can,that is supposed to help...so my posts may not be as often as usual...I've not even been on the blogs for a 2 or 3 weeks and have some catching up to do on reading some of the wonderful posts out there....but trying to get my self together and hopefully I can get back to crafting soon....

ok,blah,blah,blah, enough of my moaning and complaining....lets get to some good things to blog about!!

Krissa is crafting with bits and pieces....there is a little bit of everything in these...including some nails!! she loves using odd items in her crafts...a true trash to treasure little artist in the making.....

the horse is from a broken trophy....she made this one for poppa....they share a love of horses....not me tho, I got to admit I'm scared of them....I think they are beautiful and love seeing them in the field eating and running and playing...but I don't want any contact with them...

I'm sure you've noticed her table....she has drawn and wrote things all over it...but its hers and it is a work of art in itself....

the young ones have such imagination....don't you just love when they get creative and surprise you with little gifts....she is always giving me little drawings...I'll share some of them soon...

Remembering the 60's

Do you remember the 60's....when peace and love was the chant of many songs across the radio?? when flower power was flaunted as the way to a better tomorrow? I found this adorable little girl's pic in the public domain, (its posted here on my blog along with some other images I came across and wanted to share with you all)....and this little girl with her garland of flowers reminded me immediately of those days. When I seen the background image for the challenge at artcreationsfriday this week it just seemed as if they belonged together...

so that is how I came up with my entry for this week. I cropped and softened the edges of the photo, added it to the background and then added a few words and some daisies. I like how it came out, hope you enjoy it as well. Thanks for stopping in and have a great day!!

This is my entry for the digital2fortuesday challenge, this was such a great image to play with....I'd love to embroider it and hope to do so in the near future....hmmm.....if I get the time!

also did a couple more pages with some images from past challenges on digital2for tuesday and wanted to share them too

the weather is cooling off here and the sweaters are pulled out and worn so I can only dream of the warm weather and swimming and the beach....sigh... but at least I can play around with this journal of mine and pretend its beach time and fun....and pretend I've got the curves like these lovely ladies!! LOL!!
hey why not?? If I'm gonna dream then it may as well be the whole shabang!!(is that a word? and if it is did I spell it right?) But the reality is that it is raining and somewhere around 50 degrees out and I've got a sweater on this so out of shape body of mine...and Krissa is in school and I hear my pillow yelling my name so I'm thinking it must be nap time!

Life is a Highway

How's that cold,cough for me please,lets take your temperature..... We've had a little bit of sickness around here this week, not the flu but still a bad cold with a slight fever, causing krissa to miss a couple of days of school....and since she loves to share I got it too! Ahh, you know what I'm talking about, huh....so anyway, we kind of took care of each other, and if you have little ones you know what I'm talking about!LOL...so not much time for blogging this week.....

so much to do,so little time..... The challenge this week at mixed media monday was maps. So had fun with a journal page and this is what I came up with. The image is a digital from cora at digital2fortuesday that I colored in, the papers are from some of my scrapbooking stash.

Did a few other things this week that I'll try to get posted this weekend, but falling asleep as I sit here typing so best find that bed and pillow before I conk out here....ok, am I the only one or has anyone else fell asleep while sitting at the puter desk? and I'm not sitting in a recliner or nothing like that, but I can get comfy enough in this chair here that I doze off....but I have to admit, I think I could sleep just about anywhere, should have seen me yesterday almost asleep on the floor in the playroom while Krissa played nearby...what can I say, my head felt like it weighed a ton,she couldn't go to school because she was still a little bit sick and at least I'm no more that 2 feet away so I can still keep an eye on her....

Dreams and Pearl-ish Delights

I won the september drawing of the luxury antiqued background set and a collage sheet of the painted ladies from June at DezinaWorld, and I have been having the most fun playing around with them.... they are the most fabulous things!! please be sure and check her site out,she has a drawing every month and all you have to do to enter is create a challenge piece from that month's challenge...and we all love challenges,dont we!!
and I have a few pics from around the house...

did I mention that she loves lights and lamps.....she has at least a dozen in her room....if we go thrifting she is always on the lookout for them and if she has to choose between a lamp and a toy, the lamp usually wins....and she dont turn just one on a time, nope,she wants them all on!! when she is home I am constantly checking her room and turning lights out....she's not afraid of the dark or anything....she just likes them.....she is collector of a lot of things and I'm trying to get her to pare back some of the things but she wont have any of it! LOL...oh well, she takes it naturally, I'm the same way on things I like....

Digital Collage this is first time I have combined challenges but these 2 seem to go together so well, the image is from artcreationsfriday and the background behind the image is from digital2fortuesday. I changed the color on cora's background image, added an outline to the lovely lady image, added another background and then added some lacy elements from my printshop22 to come up with this digital collage. Don't you agree they go perfect together?

Krissa loves having her birthday parties at the skating rink, 2 hours of fun for all the kiddies

and us adult kids have fun just watching them and picking them up off the floor....This is my entry for the sophisticats challenge blog, I think I met the requirements for the sketch they supplied for us to use. I used some personal pics from a couple of years ago, and used printshop22 and some of their clip art to make this. Although the pics are older ones, this digital piece was done today.

and on a side note, I've been watching hoarders on tv while I did this....hmmm,all these craft things I got around here, think I would fall apart if I had to part with them! But it really makes me realize I need to keep a handle on things - I don't want no dump truck here taking all my stuff out!! Dont know if you watch it or not, but they had a 7 yr. old boy on there, my heart ached for him....so hard for him to part with things....and the older man on there tonight was just as heartbroken to have his stuff leave.....now paranormal is on, and I'm hooked on it too....

She Ponders....

I have enjoyed a creative sunday......

this card was made using the blue beauty collage sheet from june at dezinaworld....I love the vibrant colors....I used the collage sheet to digitally create this using printshop22....

its been rainy here most of the weekend so not much time outside....today I made a huge pot of homemade soup....good thing is I've got supper for tomorrow night already done!! When I make a big pot like that we will eat on it for a couple of days then I will freeze what is left over......its a great idea for those nights when everyday life is more hectic than usual, just grab it out of the freezer and heat it up!!! quick and easy....

then I played around with this image of the little football boy from cora at digital2fortuesday....

I think this turned out well....a great card for that birthday boy.....

had to resist the urge to frill it up....so kept it pretty simple knowing that flowers and ribbons and such probably wouldn't be what those tough little guys would want...lol....

Got a few more things started but they still need a few more touches....is it just me or does everyone suddenly get a mental block when your in the middle of creating something.....I start out having an idea of what I want to do,and knowing that along the way I'll make several changes until I get something that I'm satisfied with.....but sometimes I have to leave it half way done because I cant decide what I want to do next.....then later,maybe an hour or a day, and sometimes a week I'll go back to it and can finish it off easily.....guess I just have to step back and ponder-like the lady in the top card-and clear my brain (or what little bit I got up there!!lol) to see what the project needs....

Rock of Ages

Rocky the challenge at mixedmediamonday this week is your favorite music or song... I love just about any kind of music but the first song that came to mind was Rock of Ages....it was my dad's favorite gospel song....I was young when he passed away so my memories of him are vague, and although I had a wonderful stepfather, I still missed the father-daughter bond that I wish we could have shared as I grew up and had kids of my own....his nickname was rocky but it didn't have anything to do with the song....so this is a tribute to my dad as I imagine him in heaven singing with the angels....

Scrapbook Pages and Bead Crafts

Another week has passed us by, the weekend calls our name.....will we craft,thrift or spend our time in leisure....its a dreary, rainy friday night here....hope we see the sun instead tomorrow but I missed the evening news(because I got caught up in blog hopping-I'm sure you know how easy that is) so now I'm waiting on the late news to check the forecast for tomorrow.....

I lost quite a few pics when my puter went down a few weeks ago and still haven't figured out how to retrieve them yet-if I even can, so I'm going to try and keep my pics to a minimum on the puter so hopefully I wont lose more if it goes down again.....so been scrapbooking like crazy to stay caught up....oh well,since the digital picture bug hit me I hardly ever get my pics printed anywhere but at home....hate the thought of spending 10 or 12 dollars for a roll of film when half the pics aren't very good to start with....is it just me or is that a total waste of money??

Remember I have commented on here before that I'm a cheapskate....if we need something or just plain want something then no problem, but I have no desire to feel like our hard working money is just being tossed away....enough of being on my soapbox!!

Hi everyone, I am so pleased and honored to be the guest host this week for cora at DigitalTwoForTuesday....every week cora gives us 2 wonderful digital images to choose from and we create whatever we like with them....go check out her site and join in, its all about having fun and being creative.

This week cora gave us a football boy and a baseball boy to use. First I resized the images then printed them out, I then colored the images with colored pencils.

My first project is a school folder. I added some decorative scrapbook paper at the bottom. Then I took a piece of black cardstock and with my puter added the words No. 1 Player at the bottom. I took the little football image and glued it to some purple cardstock, then glued this onto the black cardstock. I then glued this to the folder, and added a football and shoulder pads embellishment to it.

My next project is a birthday card that I finished digitally with printshop22, the baseball background and the little embellishments at the top were from printshop, and after putting my boy image on a black background I then placed it on the card.

And my last project is this cute little door knob hanger. After coloring the image I scanned it back onto my puter, then used a template provided by printshop22 to create this. I added the little caution words to it because any one that has boys knows that when you walk into their room anything could be flying across it.I hope you enjoy my projects, this is my first attempt at guest hosting so any comments or suggestions are appreciated. I've got a challenge piece to show you then some other pics and some yacking(hmm, is that even a word?), oh well, some gabbing to do...

this month's challenge at dezinaworld is wings...and june has the most wonderful prize for the winner, a ten sheet digital background paper set plus one sheet of her collage sheets...go and check it out and join in the fun....I have digitally created this piece with printshop22...the little fairy images are a freebie from june that I digitally altered some and the background is from printshop......

a couple of pics of krissa waiting on the school bus....love her little hand telling me she loves me...and of course she has suzy there too...we try to walk for about 15 minutes or so every morning before the bus runs, and suzy expects it too!! when its time to go out in the morning she starts barking,wiggling and wagging that tail of hers....she is always hoping that she will spot some cats that she can get to with that 2 foot lead rope she is on...lol

a couple of wild doves on an electric line outside our house, yea I know, not a very good pic...it was getting dark when krissa snapped this pic but you can still tell its doves....they are so plentiful around here....every morning while waiting for the school bus we can hear them cooing...there is a tree close to us where they have hatched out 5 or 6 nests full this year....sshhh, cant tell or the kiddies will be wanting to take a look and that would scare them off... this is a wonderful old bible I picked up last week at a yard sale....for a quarter!! I've always had the king james version and this is my first english version last weekend krissa's 4-h photography group took a trip to fitchburg furnace...everyone had a great time...you can read more about it on on my other blog Our3Acres-see the side bar for the link its a beautiful historical landmark close to our home, and its sad to admit but this was my first time there...odd how we sometimes travel hundreds of miles to see things when we have just as interesting things in our own backyard....so decided to start checking out places closer to home to visit and explore....

so what do you do with a 25 cent yardsale purse that your daughter just couldn't live without???how bout this!!
transform it into a cute little bird purse with an image a got from cora's at DigitalTwoForTuesday.......
this is one of the images that cora had for last weeks challenge and it seems to set this little purse off perfectly.....I resized the image,printed it off,colored it with colored pencils and glued to the purse.....Krissa loves the way it turned out!

I absolutely love these....Terry at All Things Terry Lee had a giveaway recently...and I'm so pleased to say I won!!!

She had several beautiful things to choose from and of course I picked these salt and pepper shakers....I have a huge collection of salt and pepper shakers so for me these were the obvious choice....I love the little dainty roses on the black and white check....

and she sent these too as a bonus!!! Beautiful stickers from Hallmark and a sweet little postcard...

and this is how they arrived...look at the cute little hand crocheted doilies they were wrapped in with the cute little pink ribbon!!!

these are just so precious!!! Thank you Terry Lee....

if you haven't seen her blog check it out....she finds the most precious things while out thrifting....and I always love reading her posts....she has a way of putting some humor into everything, even the bad experiences while out yard selling

these arrived earlier in the week but I've had some puter problems and haven't been able to post them till now.....I have so much catching up to do, hopefully this thing is fixed now!!

I'm proud to say I got it back working on my own....one price I got to fix it was over $80 and it was no guarantee...and the price would be even higher the more they did....

cheap-o me hated to dish it out until I could try to retrieve it myself...and for that much I would have been better off getting a new one...this one is about 5 years old so its about time for a new one anyway!! think I may have lost a few pictures in the process but I'm hoping I can get back into the harddrive somewhere and find them....fingers crossed!!

ok...bored you enough with puter problems....

I made this collage for the Mixed Media Monday challenge,the theme is together....

this is my first entry on this challenge blog...the base is an old book cover flap that I covered in old wrapping paper,then glued on images from old books and magazines....I added a little bit of lace and a cloth heart and a strip of scrapbooking edge paper(the red paper with the heart cutout).....the top strip is fabric ribbon....

all us ladies know the wedding is the best but...

too bad to the hubby that forgets that anniversary gift!!

just a little humor in there, our faces may all be different(which is why I covered the faces of the bride and groom).... but we still hope for the same things....

I'm loving this altered journal stuff... this is an altered journal that I made for Krissa, the pocket on the front is from an old pair of her jeans....she will be able to put a pencil or something else in there....

she loves writing little notes and making up songs....so this is a great place for her to keep it all together.......she loves her book and is planning on making some by herself.....and the fact that I put her jeans pocket on there thrilled her...

Here's a couple of flowers from our yard...Krissa took them today...she packed the camera around for over an hour shooting pics of everything she could think of.....cats...dogs....and some so blurry that I have no idea what they were supposed to be!!..lol...

Krissa and some of her friends spent some time today making mud pies.....she was so proud of them she had to take a few pics......hey,its a cheap toy!! lol...dont you love it when they get enjoyment out of something that doesn't cost you a penny....even the water she used for the mud pies came from rain water we had caught in a bucket.....

and this is a cow Krissa made in church a couple of weeks ago.....

she is a crafter in the making...she loves it and I try to encourage it whenever possible...

aren't these 3 little girls precious!!I got this image from peggy at My Coloring Book...did just a little digital magic to it and ended up with this.....the little girls were so sweet by themselves that I didn't want to add to much to them....

there is truly something timeless about family,relationships,loved ones far and near.....they are treasures to carry with us always.....and when we can combine this with our creative soul then there is no greater pleasure to be found....sometimes we "borrow" anothers family to create and enjoy.....then for a time they can become our family too....hmmm.....maybe some day someone will think our family pics are something to share and enjoy too....wouldn't that be great if someday in the far off future, all of us bloggers ended up on a big collage that someone created to enjoy.....lol....now that is a thought!!

my project this week for digital tuesdaythis is another neat image I used from cora's at Digital Tuesday ,late getting mine done this week but still wanted to post it....we are getting some things together for school and are jazzing up some cheap folders.....this image was perfect for that....resized it,used green colored pencil to shade in the background....glued that to the folder,added some lace, and some glitter and double heart charm for bling....love how it came out...

dont you just love the graphics in this....its a cute advertising tin I picked up at a yard sale this past weekend....its not old,just a reproduction but I still love it....it will join the other two I have hanging in my bathroom.... if you like it and want to use it in one of your projects just click on it to enlarge it and then save it to your puter.....would love to see what someone came up with on this.....

and I love this cute little birdcage I picked up at the same sale....thinking fairy cage for this....

and this is the 2 decorated bottles Krissa had in the county fair.....she did a great job on them.....easy to do....just mod podged the pics on there, added some glitter and a ribbon....this was one of the last minute projects she did......they found a new home in my china cabinet.....

I had more pics of yard sale finds but they were blurry so I'll have to take more pics,hopefully they will come out better, if so I'll try to post them in the next post....

Yard Sales,County Fair and Ribbons

Wall of Ribbons 2009and she still 3 or 4 to add to her wall,somehow she missed them when she was putting these up...oh well

so its been a busy week here....county fair is in town,that means pet shows,chicken shows and 4-h shows...so its been loading,unloading,loading,unloading....all to haul stuff back and forth to the fairgrounds...Krissa has entered the pet show with her dog and kitten,we hauled some of her chickens to the show and several of her crafts.....she got several ribbons and a couple of her things won grand champion(see the green ribbons in the pic)....so she gets to take them to the state fair!!...Way to go Krissa!!

she put a cute little red and white doll dress on one of her chickens....no harm done to the chicken,just a lot of fun for the kids...

and we made a couple of last minute crafts to enter,this is a decorated bottle I made,Krissa made a couple too but I haven't got pics of them yet...I'll have to post them later....

and a couple of handmade cards,mine got a red ribbon,Krissa's got a blue

so Krissa has about 19 bucks in her pocket and its burning a hole!!! lol, if you have kids you know what I mean.....so what are we to do?? hit the yard sales!!

Krissa spent the day making jewelry......she had 3 jewelry craft kits with beads,wires,cords and other things.....she loves the crafting as much as me.....she is always drawing me little pictures and making cards for us........she writes little books and staples them together to keep....she is such a sweetie....so thought I'd share some of her jewelry with you......

Here is a friend that helped her for awhile...of course she had to make a little something for her too, Krissa adores this girl and enjoys it when she comes to visit...

summer time is great..but leaves me little time for crafting or sewing..hmmm...maybe she'll keep me supplied with crafting things to put on here when I don't have anything much to post....

of course when we went to the store we both had to wear her earrings! Looked so cool....

we also made some digital scrapbook pages with the pictures...she helped me pick out the background for them too....I'll add more to them later but wanted to go ahead and post them for you to see....

Hummingbirds

I love hummingbirds....they are so dainty when they flutter around the garden.......

had some glass pieces with hummingbirds on them....why not put them together.... ...think it will go on my porch....not sure yet....

aren't those the sweetest little flowers......this piece was a toothbrush holder.....just glued some flat sided marbles on the top to keep moisture from getting inside....

It's monday and officially the start of summer break from school. Our last day of school was friday and now its time for skinned knees, scraped toes, poison ivy and bug bites....and that's just since friday..lol......

I am just a summertime person.....spring is good and fall is ok....but give me summer anytime...

Snow and ice are good while we are playing in it....snowballs,snowmen,snowfights....love all that but why cant it just melt and be done with it after a couple of hours.....

Have spent the last 2 days changing my living room around again, and again....about 4 times in the last 2 weeks.....guess I'm in one of those moods when I just cant seem to get it right.....so decided to break away from it for awhile and show you some of the things in my home that I love no matter what......(especially when its attached to skinned knees!!!)......

Having a great weekend so far.......Krissa and me decided to clear out some bushes and dead wood.......built us a fire and wow!! grabbed us some hot dogs and marshmellows and made a party out it........even had some neighbor kids come over......so much fun.....I waited to late to take pictures and couldn't get much,,,,,too dark.....this is all I could get. Oh well, gonna burn some more later this week and maybe I wont forget to get the camera out.......

Smoke....or not

Its a terrible habit, I know.....and one that I wish I could do without. With the recent rise in cigarette tax its now a true luxery, and one that I decided last week to do with out. So I finished the last one I had saturday morning and decide thats it.....no more...........THEN the stress of everyday life steps in and all the little annoyances we must drudge thru....ok, so I failed. I hang my head in shame at my lack of willpower. I will quit, not just now, maybe next week, or month.... hopefully I'll have a time when stress is not so much a part of life, and the need for that smoke can be replaced with the just the pure joy of breathing nothing but the fresh air. Until then........

On with the hunt for the next treasure to be.......

So here's my version of what to do with those old fan blades from those ceiling fans that are usually so cheap at yard sales......why not collage it!!! Actually looks a lot better in person, I'm terrible with the camera........I could upgrade to a better one but it really wouldn't make any difference....I would still take a lousy shot...oh well......Did this one a couple of months ago, I just took a lot of different things and started glueing, I was actually pretty pleased with how it turned out. Hangs in my hallway for now.

Hope you enjoy glass projects, I have a ton of it and need to use some of it up so I'll have an excuse to get more...... believe me, I'm not exaggerating this at all.....I'm sure I have more glass ware than Wallyworld does......and thats not even counting what we use in the kitchen!! So some other projects have been put on hold for a little while so that I can justify the need to buy that next plate,glass,bowl,lamp or other odd piece that I run across that I (in my own mind anyway)just cant live without. How many are there of us, we who have this need to buy, rescue and renew the forgotten dish, the tattered cloth, the rusted whatever...........

This is a angel totem I finished today, haven't decided yet if its going in my garden or if I'll leave it on a shelf in my house. hmmmm, maybe I'll do both, just swap it back and forth every so often,,,,,,yep! that sounds like a plan......

And here's a little candlestand I made today from odds and ends.

This is a begonia hanging on my front porch, not doing too good there so couple of weeks ago started to move it when I noticed a little brown wren had taken up residence there. Couldn't stand to mess her nest up so now I'm waiting for the little ones to hatch and take flight, hope my plant lives that long, lol. Oh well, all for a good cause anyway....

Crafting Sunday

Wow, we have had a busy weekend here. First we went to parade on saturday, my granddaughter is in T-ball and her team had a float in the parade..... soooo cute. We came back with a load of candy from where the kids were tossing it off the floats. And on sunday afternoonwe decided to have a crafting fest. Beautiful day outside so thats where we ended up!!

And here's a look at our crafting table waiting for us to start!! It's just an old desk that we have sitting on our porch. Fresh air and crafts....does it get any better?

We love to just grab a whole lot of different pieces and play around with them until we get what we like.....lol, sometimes this is the hardest part!!

Don't forget the spray painting!! This is daughter's favorite part. Remember that clear glass you'd like to use but want to spruce it up....grab a can of glass spray paint and go to work. Makes it look so much better!!

Daughter wanted something for her dresser and this is what she came up with,she designed and made this herself, it's her vanity tray/jewelry holder. Cup on top is for her rings, handle for her necklaces, and tray on bottom is for her "make up" (wait!!! she's only 10, no make up outside the house yet!!) and her hairbrush. I think she did a fab job on it.

Wow! New to this, hope I can figure it out.
